ANCW National Beef Cook-Off® Workshop
All ANCW State Cook-Off Chairs, State Public Relations Chairs, and State Beef Council staff are invited to attend. We will provide an update on the Phase 1-Entry Generation program activities taking place through March, 2003. As partners to the NBCO, the State Cook-Off Chairs and State Beef Councils are involved in extending the public relations activities to local media outlets. Take a look ahead as we plan publicity for the Phase All-Finalist local media outreach efforts. There will be an update and opportunity to extend the national retail recipe demos and radio advertising.
