Welcome to San Antonio!

The 2005 Cattle Industry Annual Convention & Trade Show will be Feb. 2-5 in historic San Antonio. Themed “Riding Point for the Industry,” the convention will feature joint and individual meetings by five industry organizations, including the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA), the Cattlemen’s Beef Promotion & Research Board (CBB), the American National CattleWomen Inc. (ANCW), Cattle-Fax and the National Cattlemen’s Foundation (NCF).

More than 250 exhibitors are expected to participate in the largest beef cattle industry trade show in the country. Exhibitors at the NCBA Trade Show will represent animal health, animal identification (ID), farm and livestock equipment, feed, fencing, finance, seed and pest control, beef industry publications, and much more. Company representatives and industry experts will be on hand to introduce new products and share technical expertise to help cattlemen address the toughest ranching challenges. Click here to see highlights of the trade show during or after the convention.

Education, information and networking are cornerstones of the convention. The Cattlemen's College® will help kick off the 2005 Cattle Industry Convention Wednesday, Feb. 2, with a full day of educational programming targeted toward today’s producer. Thursday’s Opening General Session will feature a presentation by Chris Wallace, host of Fox News Sunday.

Visit the schedule for a full rundown of general sessions, industry forums, regional caucuses, council meetings, subcommittee and committee meetings, the CBB Meeting and NCBA Board of Directors Meeting. The business portion of the convention will conclude Saturday with the NCBA Annual Membership Meeting, where decisions are made for the future direction of the industry.
