Within months of the National Beef Cook-Off® being held in Chicago, the event’s largest metropolitan host city, John Huston will enlighten Foundation supporters to the “Beef Business: Yesterday and Today in the Windy City.” The Foundation provides scholarships to young people across the United States, as well as sponsoring educational seminars.
